He's a gorgeous little boy with a fantastic daddy. I think you and I *totally* lucked out in that department. I knew my dh was great but it was when we had kids that I realized he was phenomenal. You have made a good choice Lori. My sister in law who lives close to Seattle is a Zoo Junkie. I will have to ask her about Woodland Park Zoo. Great Pictures. So amazing to see these pictures and compare them to his Nicu pictures. It really helps to look at them. Especially when we have poor outcomes at work. Looks like the guys had a wonderful day, my gosh Aidan looks so much like his dad. I am in such awe of how Aidan talks with you all, I sit and dream of the day when my lil one is able to excitedly tell me all about his day, it's coming I know it is!!! Took him to Sport Clips later to get his hair cut too. Additionally...Please do not call CPS. Aidan fell while walking a dog. A couple more things..... - I do wear more than white workout shirts. Recent pics seem to indicate otherwise :-) - The tear was not because I was amazed that Aidan climbed a 5' spiral ladder by himself and was so proud. I was yawning. Seriously, it had nothing to do with remembering him as a perilously small 1.5 pound tadpole fighting for his life or thinking about him post-op with hypospadious or post-op tonsillectomy or the Summer of Puke or the stay in the hospital for 17 days with sepsis only to see him fearlessly climbing and beaming because of his accomplishments.... seriously... I was just yawning. Yeah.... I wouldn't believe me either. - It should be mandatory that all dads play hooky for a day and spend it with one of their kids on an annual basis. I would have passed up a round at Bandon Dunes for this. It was a special magical day. Lori? Wake up... someone get the smelling salts... -Dad What a great day.
